Job summary

You will lead enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Cloud tech, bridging technical fluency with business outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to define scalable ecosystems, establish governance, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Travel may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 5 years leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serve as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems and deliver omnichannel experiences.
