Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred. Three+ years experience in higher education recruitment and admissions is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, both electronically and in person.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Advise prospective students on admissions procedures; respond via phone and email.
• Process program applications and assist in transferring to the appropriate program.
• Create/maintain recruitment databases; prepare reports on applicant data.
• Lead information sessions, attend recruitment events and career fairs.
• Coordinate communication across the admissions team and assist with orientation.
