Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as admissions advocate for adult returners and prospective students.
• Coordinate degree checks and advise on degree paths and transfer routes.
• Assist in re-enrollment strategies for stop-out students.
• Counsel prospective students, families, and others seeking information.
• Participate in on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment activities.
• Review applications and assist with admission decisions.
• Engage in outreach to prospective adults and transfer students.
• Maintain contact with applicants about deadlines and missing materials.
• Collaborate across admissions, aid, programs, and student services.
