Job summary

You will guide applicants through admission steps, discuss transfer options, financial aid, and costs, and represent the university at college fairs and events.

You will collaborate with colleagues across admissions, financial aid, and student services to create a seamless enrollment experience from inquiry to enrollment, while traveling locally for outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise adult learners on degree paths and admission steps.
• Represent the University at college fairs and events.
• Coordinate and review transfer and re-enrollment applications.
• Provide information on admission requirements, financial aid, and costs.
• Collaborate with admissions, financial aid, and student services to support enrollment.
