Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both electronically and in person.
• Ability to travel frequently for in-state recruitment events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person information sessions for prospective students.
• Attend recruitment events and career fairs to reach prospective students.
• Advise students on admissions procedures and policies by phone and email.
• Review initial application materials and assist with transfer to programs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies with a collaborative team.
• Create and maintain recruitment databases and generate periodic reports.
