State of Maryland, based at MDH’s Noyes Facility for Children in Rockville, seeks an experienced administrator to oversee day‑to‑day operations and all nonclinical functions.

The role includes supervising security, supporting clinical and residential programs, and leading policy development to ensure smooth operations and compliance with state licensure. Deputize to the CEO and assist in management and regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Substitution options: 30 college credits per year up to four years, or a Bachelor's with two years, or a Master's degree, or military staff experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Noyes Facility for Children.
• Administer all nonclinical operations of Noyes FFC.
• Oversee Security operations.
• Serve as deputy to RICA's Chief Executive Officer and assist in management and licensure.
• Provide administrative support to clinical and residential programs and staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility operations.
