Job summary

Maryland Department of Health is seeking an administrator to oversee all treatment, care and services on the youth unit, including daily activities, intake/discharge, and behavioral program management in Rockville, MD. Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Two years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all treatment, care and services on the unit, including daily activities and structure of the unit, intake and discharge, and management of the behavioral program.
• Ensure safety, effective supervision, policy enforcement and structured programming for youth.
• Support the facility’s mission by enhancing access to quality health and behavioral health services, interagency collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
