Maryland Department of Health's John L. Gildner RICA in Rockville seeks an Administrative Director to oversee daily and nonclinical operations at the Noyes Facility for Children. The role includes security oversight and acting as deputy to the CEO, supporting management and licensure processes.

The position also provides administrative support across clinical and residential programs and leads policy development and procedure implementation for facility operations.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Note: Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours per year up to four years for the required experience.
• Note: Bachelor's degree plus two years may substitute for the required experience.
• Note: Master's degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Note: Military service as a commissioned officer may substitute for the required experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Noyes Facility for Children.
• Administer all nonclinical operations of Noyes FFC.
• Oversee Security operations.
• Perform duties as deputy to RICA's Chief Executive Officer and assist in management and licensure.
• Assist in development and implementation of policy for facility operations.
