Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with six years of administrative or professional experience, including three years in legislative drafting, analyzing proposed bills and monitoring regulatory development.
• A master’s degree will substitute for one year of general experience; a doctoral degree will substitute for two years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze and develop behavioral health care services, policies and programs.
• Coordinate and plan responses to legislation, regulatory updates, reports, policies and projects for senior leadership.
• Write reports and position papers to support development and implementation of the behavioral health system.
• Operate on a telework eligible, hybrid schedule.
