Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM seeks an enthusiastic Administrative Support professional to provide high-level program support for the Livermore and Albuquerque sites.

You will work independently within the Administrative Program Support team and interact daily with program managers, technical teams, and external partners to ensure priority alignment and timely execution of recurring meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus five or more years of directly relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook.
• Active DOE Q-level security clearance or equivalent DOD Top Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-level program meetings, secure a location, coordinate attendees, verify clearances, set agendas, present slides, take minutes, collect action items.
• Update and manage logs and trackers, follow up on actions, and support program POCs.
• Coordinate inputs for weekly Tier Board meetings, populate the board, facilitate the meeting, and elevate items as instructed.
• Collaborate with Sandia colleagues and engage with external partners across the National Security Complex and with NNSA and Air Force stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism of emails, calendar invites, and meeting documentation.
