Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking a Cleared Senior/Principal Administrative Support, onsite, to enable cutting edge research and manage mission critical program coordination. You will interact with external sponsors and Sandia management, supporting events, communications, and scheduling within Center 5600 and Cyber Systems Intelligence group.

The role requires a DOE Q-level/SCI clearance (or equivalent) and the ability to work onsite, with responsibilities spanning sponsor relations,

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3 years of directly related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with internal and external senior‑level leaders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines with focus.
• DOE Q-level security clearance and SCI access, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project onboarding programs.
• Support Confluence management and sponsor communications.
• Plan and coordinate sponsor events and related trainings.
• Provide cross‑project support with the business team.
• Organize program training sessions and improve workflows.
