Qualifications

  • Experience producing general office documents, analysis and recommendations.
  • Commitment to equity and education excellence; support for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level support and coordination for multiple project initiatives.
  • Create complex reports using district applications and protect privacy per FERPA.
  • Assist in internal department process improvements and SOP documentation.
  • Compose and edit internal/external communications and maintain website/newsletters/social media.
  • Monitor invoices and budgets; process purchasing, payroll and timekeeping requests.
