Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three or more years of related experience including supervisory experience.
• Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado.
• Commitment to equity and dismantling oppression to ensure all students are supported.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and organizes activities related to cleaning, grounds care, and minor maintenance of large facilities.
• Responds to emergencies on a 24/7 call basis and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Inspects facilities to ensure proper use of staff time and district materials.
• Manages budget for assigned facility and oversees operations, supplies, and overtime.
• Supervises personnel, conducts interviews, and supports training and development.
