Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Utah is seeking an organized dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in the appropriate systems and by communicating with customers regarding scheduled calls and follow-up visits.

You will work closely with sales and center staff to ensure customers are informed of appointments and to help resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years experience in customer service or a similar environment.
• Experience dispatching is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with computers and related office systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in systems.
• Schedule and inform customers of appointments and follow-up visits; ensure decision maker is present.
• Effectively plan and route technicians and Residential Sales Consultants based on availability and needs.
• Update dispatch boards and tracking systems; respond promptly to technician requests.
