Engineering Excellence Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for a dispatcher role in the United States, Texas. You will support the sales team, service technicians, and installers by keeping data accurate, communicating with customers about appointments, and coordinating scheduling across teams.

The position emphasizes efficient routing, proactive communication, and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in customer service or other customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience dispatching is desirable.
• Experience or training the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Prior experience with an AS400 system desirable.
• Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service, maintenance, and sales calls and gather customer information.
• Call customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and communicate any changes.
• Plan and route technicians based on availability, skills, and location.
• Update the Dispatch Board and related modules in STARS as required.
• Maintain professional customer communications and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Generate and maintain reports and lead information to support sales and operations.
