Global Affairs Canada Locally Engaged Staff Recruitment is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant within the Public Services and Procurement Canada program, providing administrative and financial services, record keeping, and data management.
The role supports program objectives, requires a Bachelor's degree, English proficiency, and at least two years of client service and office experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
The mission is seeking to fill a Senior Administrative Assistant position for the Public Services and Procurement Canada program as well as various administrative positions that may arise following this selection process. These positions provide support for the achievement of program objectives by providing administrative and financial services, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate records and effective data management. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing advice and recommendations, delivering client service and communications support, conducting research and analysis, and drafting and managing documents.
