Zusammenfassung

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced Principal Manufacturing Engineer, Additive, to advance production-ready additive and conventional manufacturing processes at our Knoxville, TN facility. You will lead process development, qualification, and continuous improvement across LPBF and MBJ environments in a high-precision setting.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong CAD skills (Siemens NX, Teamcenter), and a proven track record in aerospace or defense

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in automotive, aerospace, defense, propulsion, turbomachinery, additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, or complex mechanical systems.
• Strong CAD skills (Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred) and GD&T knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Own manufacturing process execution, capability, and production readiness for assigned manufacturing areas, processes, products, or components.
• Translate product manufacturing strategy, process intent, and technical requirements into capable, repeatable, and scalable production processes.
• Develop, implement, qualify, and continuously improve manufacturing processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, inspection, post-processing, or related advanced manufacturing operations.
• Lead process implementation and production-readiness activities from NPI transfer through sustained production and rate ramp.
• Partner with Lifecycle Manufacturing Engineering to ensure manufacturing requirements, product characteristics, process intent, and technical risks are translated into site-level controls.
