Job summary
Beehive Industries seeks a senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead lifecycle manufacturing activities for jet propulsion components in Centennial, CO. You will own process development, qualification, and production-readiness across additive manufacturing, machining, and assembly, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, capable production.
Required: 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, a technical degree, and strong CAD/DFM/DFA experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in relevant industries.
- Experience translating strategy into scalable production processes.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing process execution and production readiness for assigned areas.
- Translate strategy and requirements into capable production processes.
- Develop and improve processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, and inspection.
- Lead process implementation from NPI through ramp to sustained production.
- Maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, control plans, and work instructions.
- Ensure critical product characteristics are controlled and verified.
- Support operations with technical guidance on safety, quality, and cost.
