Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process execution, capability, and production readiness for assigned areas
• Translate product manufacturing strategy into capable, repeatable production processes
• Develop, implement, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes across additive manufacturing, machining, assembly, inspection, post-processing
• Lead process implementation and production-readiness activities from NPI transfer through sustained production
• Partner with Lifecycle Manufacturing Engineering to translate requirements into site-level controls
• Maintain Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, routings, and other process docs
• Ensure characteristics are controlled and verified within the manufacturing process
• Lead qualification, capability studies, and production validation prior to release
• Provide direct technical support to Operations for safety, quality, cost, yield, or throughput issues
• Implement engineering and configuration changes at the site, including tooling, programming, routings, and training
• Monitor and improve site manufacturing performance including yield, scrap, cycle time, takt, throughput, and equipment effectiveness
• Support low-rate initial production and ramp activities to ensure stable production systems
• Represent the site manufacturing engineering in cross-functional activities
