Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead a team of Ad Tech Account Executives and drive adoption of the Amazon Ad Tech Suite across a defined vertical. You will own strategic direction, executive relationships, and revenue growth across enterprise advertisers and agencies.

The role requires building scalable sales motions, setting category-specific strategies, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver sustained market impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of selling programmatic or data driven ad products or platforms.
• 5+ years of sales team management experience.
• Experience selling to C-level executives in software, cloud or SaaS sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Ad Tech Account Executives to drive adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech Suite across a defined vertical.
• Set the vertical pod strategy: go-to-market, vertical playbooks, customer narratives.
• Own full-funnel revenue targets and adoption metrics with rigorous pipeline management.
• Cultivate executive relationships with VP/C-level ad tech and programmatic decision makers.
• Hire, coach, and retain high-performing sellers with Revenue-Based and Adoption-Based incentives.
• Partner with Product, Measurement, and Solutions Architecture to influence roadmap priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive coverage and unified customer experience.
