Job summary

PayPal is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to fuel growth in our Ads business, targeting enterprise brands across onsite and offsite platforms. You will lead strategy, expand opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor PayPal’s data and media offerings to client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in digital advertising or related fields, strong programmatic knowledge, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in programmatic advertising (DSPs, PMPs, SSPs) with hands-on experience across programmatic buying platforms and media trading desks.
Deep familiarity with sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, Winmo, SellerCrowd, etc.) and CRM systems facilitating pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead client strategy and manage high-value accounts
Oversee and coach junior sales team members
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
