PayPal is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to drive growth in our expanding Ads business in the United States. You will prospect, acquire and expand enterprise-brand accounts, leveraging PayPal’s data and media offerings across onsite and offsite platforms.

Ideal candidates bring deep digital advertising experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of launching and growing ad platforms, including programmatic buying and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and manage high-value accounts.
• Oversee and coach junior sales team members.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Partner closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
