Job summary

PayPal is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Executive to drive growth in our Ads business. You will prospect, acquire new customers and expand existing ones, focusing on enterprise brands leveraging PayPal's data and media offerings across onsite and offsite platforms.

Essential responsibilities include managing mid-to-large accounts, presenting strategic proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, PMPs, SSPs) is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales tools (CRM) and reporting to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-sized to large client accounts.
• Develop and present strategic advertising proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Leverage ad platforms and attribution tools to measure ROI and advise on optimization.
