Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to own the detailed mechanical design of rotary and linear actuators from concept to production. You will drive development of sensing, eMachines, and gear systems with a strong manufacturing focus, evaluate cooling solutions, and design durability test profiles using vehicle usage data.

Qualificações

• BS or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Actuator design from concept to production experience.
• Proficient in NX or SolidWorks and familiarity with casting, machining, hobbing, grinding, and additive manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own detailed mechanical design of rotary and linear actuators from concept to production.
• Drive development in sensing, eMachines, and electromechanical gear systems.
• Design with a heavy focus on manufacturing and production rates.
• Evaluate cooling solutions for each application.
• Design durability test profiles using vehicle usage data.
• Lead continuous improvement and data analysis initiatives.
