Qualifications

• Eight or more years of P&C actuarial experience or related insurance financial risk experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing, reserving, loss-ratio analysis, profitability, target returns and combined ratios.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior P&C actuarial subject-matter expert for targets and capital analytics.
• Enhance the capital monitoring and reporting framework to support deployment decisions.
• Document methods and assumptions and present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic execution and improve capital performance.
