You will partner across business units to set granular targets and assess performance against them, lead annual target reviews, and translate model outputs into practical business recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in P&C actuarial, insurance analytics, financial-risk modeling, capital management, underwriting performance, or related field.
• 1) Understands P&C financial risk and profitability and can tie targets to outcomes.
• 2) Able to translate model outputs into actionable business recommendations.
• 3) Comfortable explaining complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as subject-matter expert for P&C target returns, target combined ratios and capital analytics.
• Lead annual review of target assumptions and adapt to evolving conditions.
• Partner with business units to determine granular targets and evaluate performance.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior Finance, Actuarial, Risk, and business leaders.
• Build alignment, socialize a new framework, and govern it from design through operation.
