Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in P&C actuarial, insurance analytics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of P&C financial risk and profitability; experience in pricing, reserving, or capital modeling.
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for P&C target returns, target ratios and capital analytics.
• Enhance capital monitoring and reporting framework to support deployment decisions.
• Lead annual review of target assumptions and adapt to changing conditions.
• Present findings to senior Finance, Actuarial, Risk, and business leaders.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and guide framework implementation.
