Nationwide Financial is seeking a Senior Actuary to join its Actuarial Enterprise Risk Management team. This high-visibility role will support capital reporting, forecasting and risk management across a broad portfolio of insurance products.

The position offers exposure to leadership, enterprise capital initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have eight years of actuarial experience, FSA preferred, and expertise with actuarial models such as AXIS or MG-ALFA.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science or related quantitative field.
• FSA designation preferred; extensive actuarial experience required.
• Experience with actuarial models and interpreting results.

Responsabilités

• Lead quarterly statutory capital reporting and forecasting.
• Support strategic initiatives, including reserving and scenario updates.
• Collaborate with NF teams to align modeling approaches.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Provide leadership to rotation students and guide the team.
