Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing analytics and mentor a team of Analysts and Consultants. This remote role serves clients nationwide and collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive strategic pricing decisions.

You will oversee actuarial analyses, coordinate cross-functional projects, and coach staff, delivering timely, high-quality results while aligning with Mobilitas' growth and client service

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree with 3+ years actuarial analysis in personal lines or related area.
• Commercial insurance pricing and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and client-facing pricing recommendations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with high quality and stakeholder buy-in.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and resources.
• Challenge leadership with data-driven insights and strategic pricing ideas.
