Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead pricing teams and oversee actuarial analyses for commercial auto, communicating insights to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years actuarial analysis in commercial insurance; or a graduate degree with 3 years in personal lines.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience and ACAS/FCAS credentials are preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and coaching skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants on pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff; manage workload and provide guidance.
