Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an ACT Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based care for individuals with serious mental illness in Maryland. You will hire, supervise, train, manage budget, and ensure fidelity to the ACT model.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• At least two years of supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and train staff; perform evaluations and disciplinary actions as required.
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations including scheduling and adherence to agency policies.
• Direct and coordinate admission and discharge processes; supervise staff.
• Provide clinical supervision of staff and weekly supervision of all staff.
• Monitor services and documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure high fidelity to the ACT Model of Care and maintain on‑call coverage.
