We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to oversee our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team—an evidence-based program supporting individuals with serious mental illness in the community.
As an ACT Program Manager, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact, community-based care that reduces hospitalizations and helps people build stable, independent lives.

Oversee Assertive Community Treatment Team Services that provide advocacy, service coordination, resource procurement, counseling, and support for clients in the program . Ensure high quality and high fidelity ACT services are provided to all clients. Responsible for hiring, supervising and training ACT personnel in addition to the overall management, evaluation, and budget of ACT programs .
Reporting to this position are: Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse, Case Manager, Mental Health Professional, Vocational Specialist, Housing Specialist, Addictions Counselor, and Peer Support Specialist.
Staff supervision and development
Ensure client documentation satisfies regulatory agencies requirements
Coordinate ACT services to provide quality services
Client well being (clinically and physically)
Outside agency participation as required
Program billing and budget management
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work , Psychology , Counseling, Nursing, or related field .
Skill Requirement : At least three years' experience working with adults with chronic mental illness. License in a Mental Health Profession in the State of Maryland required . One to six months OJT required for efficient job performance.
Job Requirements : Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
At least two years of supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record. Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Must exhibit knowledge of mental health treatment.
