Job summary

MBI Health Services is seeking an Associate Director of the ACT Program in the Washington, DC area. This role provides clinical leadership and oversees the ACT team, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities include staff development, quality assurance, and crisis management, with collaboration to uphold fidelity to Medicaid/TMACT models. The position focuses on program oversight, budget awareness, and external partnerships to enhance outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington, D.C. as LICSW, LPC, or psychologist.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting; ACT team experience preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for engaging clients with severe mental illness.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the ACT program in collaboration with the Director.
• Coordinate team meetings, strategic planning, and case reviews for care continuity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicaid/DBH/DOH and audits.
• Provide clinical supervision and crisis management support to staff.
• Maintain documentation such as IRPs/ISSPs and ensure Medicaid requirements.
