Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with 5+ years in mental health.
• LISW-S or LPCC-S licensed in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ACT program to meet client needs.
• Ensure services are timely, effective, and compassionate per evidence-based practices.
• Supervise multidisciplinary team including mental health professionals, nurses, social workers, and other staff.
• Use data to inform program improvements and decision-making processes.
