Responsibilities include directing daily ACT activities, monitoring outcomes, and providing on-call coverage as needed, with licensure and driving requirements as specified.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LP.
• Minimum two years of direct behavioral health services experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to provide community-based services as needed.
• Must live within a 45-minute radius of Jackson for on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership and daily supervision and oversight of the ACT team
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the ACT program
• Ensures compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards
• Monitors program performance and outcomes
• Reviews productivity, documentation, and service delivery
• Provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, consultation, hospitalization support, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and meet program needs
