Job summary

Bay Area Community Services is seeking an ACT Program Manager in Fairfield, CA to lead an on-site FSP/ACT team delivering comprehensive mental health services and housing linkage for adults with severe mental illness.

The role oversees clinical and administrative operations, including supervision of clinicians, revenue and expense management, and CQI initiatives, with licensure as LCSW/LMFT required. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMFT with 2 years post-licensure to provide clinical supervision.
• Experience managing revenue and expenses for govt. contract funded mental health programs.
• Two years post-licensure in behavioral health with leadership of teams.
• Knowledge of CalAIM, Medi-Cal billing criteria and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an FSP program delivering therapy, case management, medication management, employment support, housing linkage.
• Meet clients where they are to deliver consumer-centered, needs-driven, strengths-based services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, discharges, ensuring accessibility and welcoming of all.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, clinical oversight, and evaluations.
• Provide supervision to interns gaining clinical hours.
• Pursue CQI by improving systems and processes.
• Ensure services comply with funders through documentation and grant management.
• Communicate with strength-based language across program management.
