Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Sr. Program Management Analyst to support DHS Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program managers in the Washington, DC area.

The role offers a hybrid schedule and requires rigorous program management expertise and strong writing and presentation skills. The candidate will review acquisition documents, develop performance metrics, and coordinate communications with Congress and senior leaders, ensuring governance and policy compliance across CBP

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain CBP background
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• 5+ years of master scheduling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of DHS/DoD guidelines for acquisition management

Responsabilités

• Support CBP program managers and governance for acquisition programs
• Review acquisition documents and plans and develop analysis on program execution
• Prepare correspondence and briefings for programs and senior leaders
• Track actions and metrics; manage performance measures and reporting
• Coordinate for congressional requests, reports, and audits
