Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst to support the SSP SLCM-N program office in Washington, DC. You will serve as primary contact for contract oversight and assist with planning, reporting, and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field.
5+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government.
Active DoD SECRET security clearance; ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
Experience delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for contract oversight and acquisition-related activities.
Monitor vendor performance in training and documentation generation, ensuring obligations are met on time and within budget.
Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders.
Work closely with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, and leadership to coordinate efforts and report development.
