Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Experience working as part of a team to solve problems.
• Strong technical writing, briefing, meeting facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
• Flexible to work both on a government site when necessary as well as in SPA facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, analytical, and stakeholder-coordination support to DHS/CISA SED.
• Support senior CISA leadership with strategic planning, policy analysis, and executive decision support.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and workflows to improve stakeholder communications and engagement planning.
• Coordinate outreach among CISA offices, federal partners, Sector Risk Management Agencies, critical infrastructure stakeholders, and industry representatives.
• Facilitate meetings, manage action items, risks, schedules, and deliverables to ensure coordinated execution.
