Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Program Analyst to support the SSP SLCM-N program office in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes contract oversight, planning, and performance monitoring for high-reliability programs with government clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in acquisition or program management, with active DoD security clearances and the ability to obtain higher clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain DoD TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government.
• Experience in preparing and delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.
• Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience supporting large-scale defense projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support contractor point of contact to the Fleet Integration and Logistics Branch for all contract oversight and acquisition-related activities.
• Monitor vendor performance in training and documentation generation, ensuring obligations are met on time and within budget.
• Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop planning tools, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership in planning coordination and report development.
