Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Program Management Analyst to support DHS CBP in the Washington, DC area with a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on governance, program oversight, and performance metrics across CBP acquisition programs and related efforts.

The ideal candidate will have U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, 5+ years in master scheduling, and strong proficiency with MS Office and acquisition guidance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain CBP clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience.
• 5+ years of master scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DHS/DoD guidelines and PMI/ Acquisition guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support CBP Major Acquisition program managers and governance activities.
• Review acquisition documents and plans, and develop program analysis.
• Prepare briefings and correspondence for programs and senior leaders.
• Develop and improve performance metrics for acquisition governance and policy.
• Coordinate information requests and audits from Congress or oversight bodies.
