Kennebunk Savings in Maine seeks an ACH Payment Operations Specialist to oversee ACH processing, NACHA compliance, and risk management. You will partner with Cash Management, Compliance, and Technology to ensure secure, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NACHA Rules and electronic payments.
• 5+ years in ACH, payments, cash management, or bank operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all ACH transactions and related payment activities.
• Review and approve complex ACH files, large-dollar transactions and exception items.
• Monitor processing deadlines, settlement schedules, and operational controls to ensure service-level performance.
• Serve as the operational expert for ACH products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Train internal departments and participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of ACH products and services.
