Qualifications

• 2+ years banking operations or related support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume ACH processing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily ACH origination and receipt processing.
• Process returns, reversals, death notices and reclamations promptly.
• Address disputed ACH items in compliance with NACHA rules.
• Provide phone and email support to bankers and internal customers.
• Assist with ACH origination documentation and data gathering.
• Support team to meet daily and monthly deadlines.
• Adhere to applicable laws, policies and training requirements.
