Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Senior ACH Operations Manager to lead the daily ACH Operations function, ensuring accurate processing, timely exception handling, and robust controls across the team in Florida.

The role drives regulatory compliance with NACHA rules, oversees reconciliation and settlement, and partners with Treasury, Compliance, Risk, and IT to implement new payment capabilities such as RTP and FedNow. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ACH Operations or related banking operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership / supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ACH processing, exceptions, returns, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and related compliance.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ACH Operations including work distribution, processing oversight, exceptions, returns, settlement, balancing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Establish operating routines, service standards, escalation protocols, quality expectations, and performance measures.
• Serve as the primary operational escalation point for complex ACH matters and coordinate timely resolution with internal partners and providers.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA Rules, applicable regulations, internal policies, and controls.
• Maintain procedures, audit readiness, issue remediation, and risk assessment support.
• Use reporting to monitor volumes, exceptions, service levels, processing accuracy, reconciliation status, risk indicators, and staffing needs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and increase scalability.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Fraud Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting, Technology, and vendors on ACH initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, cross training, and development for ACH Operations Team.
• Support planning, testing, controls, and implementation readiness for RTP, FedNow, and other new payment capabilities.
