Qualifications

• 5+ years in Bank Operations and ACH, with brokerage/financial services knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of ACH regulations, risk controls and high-risk transaction support.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Service.
• Strong judgment, risk analysis and problem-solving to resolve complex issues and support client outcomes.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and reduce errors and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document procedures and train teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with integrity and accountability.
• Stay current with NACHA and Banking regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and process-improvement efforts from problem definition to measurement.
• Support complex ACH approvals and escalations and coordinate with partner banks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce not-in-good-order work and drive scalable solutions.
• Develop procedures, knowledge content, training materials, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate across departments to advance ACH capabilities and risk management.
