Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive banking operations experience focused on ACH.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership in payments or deposit ops.
• Strong knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules and Federal Reserve Regulation E/Reg CC.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven transaction processing.
• Proficiency with core banking products and Cash Management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal partners and external institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ACH Operations Specialists, including staffing and coaching.
• Oversee daily ACH processing, including manual returns, stop payments, and reconciliations per Nacha timelines.
• Direct processing of ACH files, reclamations, and service setups; ensure accuracy and documentation.
