Qualifications

• 5+ years of Bank Operations and ACH experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of ACH regulations, risk controls and high-risk transactions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate across multiple partners.
• Strong judgment, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and reduce errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document procedures and train others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Stay current with NACHA and banking regulations to remain compliant.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and process improvements from problem definition to implementation.
• Support complex ACH approvals, mis- and not-in-good-order reduction.
• Collaborate with Bank Ops leadership, Digital, Product, Tech, Compliance and Risk.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and knowledge content.
• Monitor metrics and implement scalable solutions to reduce operational risk.
