Qualifications

• 5+ years of Bank Operations and ACH experience, incl. brokerage/financial services.
• Significant knowledge of ACH regulations, operating requirements, risk controls, and high-risk transaction support.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and drive work from definition to implementation.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving to support client and business outcomes.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; document procedures and training content.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with integrity.
• Stay updated with NACHA and Banking regulations for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver transformation and process improvement from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Support complex ACH approvals and escalations; resolve issues with partners and banks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce not-in-good-order work and reconcile breaks.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and implementation plans; share knowledge across teams.
• Ensure ACH practices remain aligned with applicable banking requirements.
