Job summary

Schwab’s Banking Operations - ACH team is seeking a Manager to lead complex, high‑risk ACH approvals and cross‑functional initiatives. You will influence across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and vendor partners to deliver scalable improvements and stronger risk controls.

You will build procedures, training content, and implementation plans, monitor metrics, and drive adoption of durable solutions that reduce errors and ensure compliant, efficient money movement for clients while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Bank Operations and ACH experience in brokerage or financial services.
• Significant knowledge of ACH regulations, operating requirements, risk controls, and high-risk transactions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Service, and partners.
• Strong judgment, risk analysis, research, and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop scalable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-risk ACH approvals and escalations.
• Partner across Bank Operations Leadership, Digital Services, Product Management, Technology, Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk Management, and external vendors.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and implementation plans for durable improvements.
• Identify trends and implement scalable solutions to reduce not-in-good-order work.
• Ensure ACH practices align with NACHA and banking regulations.
