Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an ACH & Instant Payments Operations Manager to lead and centralize ACH operations across Deposit Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness for future payment capabilities.

You will guide end-to-end ACH operations, establish workflows and escalation routines, and mentor a high-performing team while partnering with Risk, Compliance and external partners to mitigate operational risk.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ACH processing and electronic payment platforms.
• Experience with RTP, OCT and/or AFT.
• Strong knowledge of NACHA Rules and banking regulations.
• Experience leading payments operations in a financial institution.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and cross-functional partnerships.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management operations and ACH services.
• Experience supporting regulatory exams and audits.
• Leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Professional credentials such as AAP, APRP or CTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ACH operations across Deposit Operations.
• Establish consistent workflows, service standards, controls, and escalation routines across ACH teams.
• Ensure timely processing, exception management, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary operational escalation point for complex ACH matters.
• Collaborate with Deposit Operations and Treasury Management for aligned execution.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing ACH team focused on service, risk and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and external payment partners to mitigate risk.
• Monitor NACHA rules, EPAY requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Develop dashboards tracking volumes, costs, fraud trends and disputes.
• Support emerging payment rails readiness including Real Time Payments and Fed Now.
